We have three main service offerings:
1. Relief Bookkeeping
Similar to relief teaching or temp agencies, we can step in to fill your shoes whilst you take your well-earned holiday or extended sick leave. Take your break knowing that you have qualified support to manage the essentials and prevent the headache upon return.
What a relief to know that you don’t need to check bank feeds every day or run that payroll at 3am in the morning when in a foreign country with dodgy Wi-Fi connections? And just knowing that when you return you can step back in with minimal fuss and don’t have to put in those long catch up hours will mean you maximise the enjoyment of your break tenfold!
Our promise to you?
- We WILL NOT poach your clients. This will be included in our Engagement Contract with you.
- You will have a qualified and Certified BAS Agent fill in for you with Institute of Certified Bookkeepers membership, Xero Certified and MYOB Partner.
- We will do as much or as little as you wish to ensure your return to work is stress free and full of fun memories and a healthy mind.
2. Bookkeeping Services
Are you a business owner or employee responsible for the business accounts and floundering with keeping your accounts up to date? The endless transactions and data to be entered, reconciled and reported for compliance have grown out of control? Have you ignored your books and realise you cannot ignore it any longer? We specialise in taking what you feel is insurmountable and a weight on your shoulders, turning it into clean and understandable accounts that provide you with the knowledge you need to grow and manage your business.

- We will work through the data and accounts that you are struggling to keep up with and close the gap between where you are now to where you want to be with your accounts
- We are Xero certified and a MYOB partner. You will be able to log in to your accounts in the Cloud at any time from any location to have immediate access to financial information.
- We will assist in training you and your staff to ensure your accounts stay accurate and in your control.
- We will work with your Tax accountant to ensure we are all on the same page.
- Of course, we can also continue to look after your accounts or advise on how to manage going forward. We understand your key focus needs to be on running your business.
3. Bookkeeping Software Conversion Services
Specialising in Xero and being Xero Migration Certified we can work through your current bookkeeping methods and set you up with a leading cloud-based accounting solution in Xero.
We can take a somewhat daunting task and oversee the Xero set up and/or migration, relieving your burden. Setting up bank feeds, your chart of accounts, opening balances, payroll (Single Touch Payroll) and Superannuation to ensure you have the knowledge to grow your business at your fingertips.
